Third-Party Authorization & Contractor Selection Agreement

Scope of Authorization: By accepting this agreement, the homeowner authorizes Roof Gutter Now LLC to:

☑ Request re-inspections, supplements, or appeals if necessary to maximize claim approval.

Contingency Agreement & Contractor Selection:

1. If the insurance company approves any portion of the claim for roof, gutter, siding, ice damage, mold remediation, water damage, or any exterior and interior restoration, the homeowner agrees that Roof Gutter Now is the selected contractor for the approved work.

2. The homeowner agrees to allow Roof Gutter Now to complete the work at the insurance-approved scope and pricing.

3. The homeowner understands that no out-of-pocket costs will be due other than their insurance deductible, any upgrades they choose, and uncovered repairs (if applicable).

4. This agreement does not obligate the homeowner to proceed if the claim is denied, but if any work is approved, the homeowner agrees that only Roof Gutter Now may perform the installation.

5. If the homeowner chooses not to move forward with Roof Gutter Now after an approval, they are responsible for a cancellation fee of 15% of the approved total amount for services, resources, and expertise provided during the claim process.

6. The homeowner agrees not to contract another company or attempt to negotiate pricing with the insurance carrier outside of Roof Gutter Now.

Legal & Compliance:

This agreement is not a sales contract but an agreement ensuring that the authorized contractor is selected for approved repairs. Any modifications or additional work outside of the insurance scope must be separately agreed upon. Roof Gutter Now is not responsible for claim approval or denial; all decisions are made by the insurance carrier.
