Roof Replacement
Torn Off, Built Right
Complete tear-off, decking verified sound, ice & water shield where Ohio winters attack, and GAF Timberline HDZ installed to certified spec — so the warranty actually holds.

What A Real Replacement Includes
Everything comes off down to bare decking — overlays hide problems and void warranties, so we never do them. Every sheet of decking gets checked and replaced where it can’t hold a fastener. Then ice & water shield at eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment, new drip edge and flashing, and GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles nailed to certified spec — our primary line, with other major brands available on request. Yard swept with magnets before we leave.
Insurance Or Financing — Usually Not Cash
Most of the roofs we replace are storm-damaged and paid by insurance — homeowner pays only the deductible on approved claims, and our claim team runs the whole process. Not a storm situation? GreenSky financing offers 0% for 12 months and plans to 180 months. Either way, the price is in writing before a shingle moves.

What Homeowners Ask Us About Roofs
How much will my roof replacement cost?+
Replacement pricing is published at roofgutternow.com/services; your exact figure comes from a free on-roof measure, in writing, with no obligation attached.
How long will I be living in a construction zone?+
1–3 days for most homes, tear-off to magnet sweep. We protect landscaping, tarp everything below, and haul all debris the same job.
Do you replace bad decking?+
Yes, and we photograph every sheet we replace. Shingles fastened into soft decking fail early — skipping this step is how cheap roofs stay cheap.
Is GAF Timberline HDZ actually good?+
It’s the best-selling shingle in North America for a reason — and installed by a GAF-certified crew it qualifies for warranty tiers up to 50 years that non-certified installers can’t offer.
What happens to the old roof material?+
Torn off, contained, hauled and disposed — with magnetic sweeps for nails across lawn and drive before we call any day done.
Should I be home during my roof replacement?+
Not necessary — we confirm scope beforehand and send progress photos. Pets sensitive to noise appreciate a day out; the roof doesn’t need an audience.
What decking problems do you find during tear-off?+
Rot at chronic leak points, delaminated sheets, and decking that can’t hold fasteners — found, photographed, and replaced before anything covers it.
How do you protect landscaping during replacement?+
Tarped beds, plywood shields where needed, contained debris paths, and the magnet sweep — the yard should only know we were there by the roof.
