Wrapped & Done Right
Full replacement in vinyl, fiber cement, or metal — old siding off, house wrap and flashing done right underneath, new siding locked straight and finished with matching trim.
The difference between Siding Installation that lasts and Siding Installation that fails early is usually the starter strip, fastener spacing or J-channel. We check all of them on site rather than estimating blind, document findings with dated photographs, and price the work in writing first. Licensed contractor, fully insured, 400+ five-star reviews.

What goes behind siding?
Behind the visible panel is a weather-resistive barrier, properly integrated flashing at windows, doors and penetrations, and on many assemblies a drainage plane that lets incidental water escape. Siding sheds most water; the barrier behind it handles what gets past. Installing panels over a compromised or improperly lapped barrier moves water into the wall. The Part You Never See Matters Most
Siding fails from behind — missing house wrap, unflashed windows, and rotted sheathing hide under pretty panels. We strip to the sheathing, replace what’s soft, wrap and tape the whole envelope, flash every opening, then hang the new siding straight and locked with proper expansion room. That’s why ours doesn’t buckle in July or crack in January.
Vinyl, Fiber Cement Or Metal
Vinyl is the value king — huge color range, low maintenance. Fiber cement (including board & batten looks) takes paint, shrugs off impact, and reads high-end. Metal brings modern lines and the longest life. We install all three and we’ll talk you honestly through cost, look, and lifetime — and if a storm damaged your current siding, insurance may buy the new siding minus your deductible.

Siding & Trim Work, Documented

Exterior Questions, Straight Answers
What decides the price of a siding installation?+
Square footage, material — vinyl vs fiber cement vs board-and-batten — stories, and how much wrap, trim and rot repair the walls need under the new panels.
How long does siding installation take?+
Most homes run 3–7 days depending on size, material, and how much sheathing repair we uncover — which we photograph and price before proceeding.
Can insurance pay for my new siding?+
If hail or wind damaged it, often yes — and when your existing siding is discontinued, matching rules can require replacing more than just the damaged wall. That’s a specialty of our claims team.
Do you replace soffit and fascia with siding?+
Yes — siding, soffit and fascia are one visual system and one work scope. See our soffit and fascia page for details.
How do you handle windows and doors during siding installation?+
Flashing integrates with the wrap at every opening — sill pans, taped flanges, sequenced laps — before trim and siding close over it.
Do you remove old siding or install over it?+
Tear-off as the standard — the wall gets inspected, the wrap gets rebuilt, and the new siding lies flat on a known surface.
What time of year is best for siding installation?+
Moderate temps suit every material; we install year-round with material-appropriate practices, so schedule by your calendar, not the thermometer.
How do you match siding to my roof color?+
Samples against your actual roof in daylight — undertones read differently on walls than in showrooms, and the mockup beats regret.
