Pittsburgh is a two-hour run from the Akron shop and one of our strongest storm-restoration markets. Western PA hail and wind claims are a large share of our insurance work, and we are licensed to work throughout Pennsylvania.
Erie sits in one of the heaviest snow belts in the country — 100+ inches in a normal winter. Ice dam removal, heated cable and roof snow load work make up the bulk of what we do here, and we run Erie crews all winter long.
Western New York gets more snow than anywhere else we work. Buffalo and Niagara Falls homeowners deal with lake-effect totals that regularly clear 90 inches, and we are set up for steam ice dam removal and emergency roof snow removal across the whole region.
Columbus is our southernmost primary market. Central Ohio sees less lake-effect snow but more spring hail and straight-line wind than the north — which makes it a heavy insurance restoration territory for us.

Inside Northeast Ohio there is never a travel fee — that's our home territory. For Columbus, Pittsburgh, Erie and Buffalo work, a travel fee may apply depending on job size and scheduling. We tell you the rate up front when you call, based on your address. On most full roof or siding replacements the fee is waived entirely.
Yes. Roof Gutter Now LLC is licensed and insured to work in Ohio, Pennsylvania and New York, and carries general liability and workers' compensation on every job in all three states. We'll send a current certificate of insurance before work starts if you want one.
