Pittsburgh & Western Pennsylvania
Pittsburgh is a two-hour run from the Akron shop and one of our strongest storm-restoration markets. Western PA hail and wind claims are a large share of our insurance work, and we are licensed to work throughout Pennsylvania.

Akron–Pittsburgh Corridor
Erie, Pennsylvania
Erie sits in one of the heaviest snow belts in the country — 100+ inches in a normal winter. Ice dam removal, heated cable and roof snow load work make up the bulk of what we do here, and we run Erie crews all winter long.
Erie County, PA
Buffalo & Western New York
Western New York gets more snow than anywhere else we work. Buffalo and Niagara Falls homeowners deal with lake-effect totals that regularly clear 90 inches, and we are set up for steam ice dam removal and emergency roof snow removal across the whole region.

Columbus & Central Ohio
Columbus is our southernmost primary market. Central Ohio sees less lake-effect snow but more spring hail and straight-line wind than the north — which makes it a heavy insurance restoration territory for us.
Franklin County
Delaware County
Northern U.S. — Ice Dam Response
Low-pressure steam ice dam removal is specialized work, and there are not many crews in the country properly equipped to do it. During heavy winters we travel outside Ohio, Pennsylvania and New York to any northern state dealing with an ice dam emergency. If you have water coming through a ceiling and cannot find anyone local who runs steam, call us — we have loaded the trucks and driven a lot further than you would expect.

Service Area FAQ
Inside Northeast Ohio there is never a travel fee — that's our home territory. For Columbus, Pittsburgh, Erie and Buffalo work, a travel fee may apply depending on job size and scheduling. We tell you the rate up front when you call, based on your address. On most full roof or siding replacements the fee is waived entirely.
Yes. Roof Gutter Now LLC is licensed and insured to work in Ohio, Pennsylvania and New York, and carries general liability and workers' compensation on every job in all three states. We'll send a current certificate of insurance before work starts if you want one.
Almost certainly yes. This page lists our most-requested cities, not our limits. We service roughly a two-hour radius from each of our operating areas. Call (330) 918-1018 with your address and we'll tell you straight away whether we cover you and what the estimate timeline looks like.
For estimates in the extended markets we typically schedule within 2–4 business days, and we batch appointments by region so we can get to you sooner. For active leaks and storm emergencies we respond 24/7 — call and we'll tell you honestly how quickly we can be there.
We do. Ice dam removal is specialized work and there are not many crews equipped with low-pressure steam. During heavy winters we travel well outside our normal service area for ice dam emergencies. If you're outside Ohio, Pennsylvania or New York and have an ice dam, call and ask.
Yes — insurance restoration is our specialty in every market we serve. We inspect, document, file, meet your adjuster on site, and negotiate the supplement ourselves. On an approved claim you pay your deductible and nothing more on our contracted scope, whether you're in Akron or Buffalo.
